We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.

Orders & Special Offers
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email (or by other means if no email address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Where items are on Special Promotion we reserve the right to supply a MAXIMUM of 6 items per customer. For bulk purchases, please contact us directly at info@specs365.com (including ‘Bulk Purchase Inquiry’ in the subject line).

Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 30 days after you receive the goods, provided that the goods are unused and returned in the condition received. To exercise this right of cancellation, please notify us in writing by post or e-mail giving details of the item(s) to be returned. Our address details are displayed on the ‘contact us’ tab. Please return the goods to us at your cost, taking care that they are not damaged in transit
We will refund your credit debit card with the cost of the returned item(s) within 5 days of receipt. However, should you fail to return the goods; we reserve the right to charge you the direct costs of recovering the item(s).

Pricing Policy & Payment Details
We endeavor to provide you with our best prices at all times. However, occasionally, it may be that our prices are incorrect. Please note that receipt by us of your order constitutes an offer by you to buy. There is no contract with Specs365 and yourself until the goods are dispatched. If we find, therefore, that we made an error in the price we charged for a title, we do not have to accept the price stated on your order but can offer the goods to you at the correct price.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch and American Express.
Please note that we do not accept Visa Electron.
All prices quoted and all transactions undertaken are in Pounds Sterling.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Specs365 shopping experience and with the goods purchased. WE OFFER A NO QUIBBLE 100% QUALITY 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
If you are dissatisfied with your goods in any way you may return these within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of goods.
Goods must be returned in original condition, complete with all of the original packaging and case to:

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. If goods are being returned because they are faulty or were delivered to you in error, we will reimburse your postage costs for return. We recommend that you send the item recorded delivery, or that you request a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
On receipt of your returned goods, your account will be credited or a replacement ordered for you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Credit Policy
If you pay for your goods by credit/debit card, any refund will be credited to your credit/debit card on receipt of the returned goods.
If you pay for your goods by cheque, the value of the refund will be held on your account for future use. If, however, you require a cheque refund at any time, please advise us by phone or in writing and this will be processed.
